- The current ticket system will remain viewable until 9 May 2025.
- Old tickets will not be transferred to the new system but will be archived for recording purposes.
- Only open tickets will be re-created on the new ticket portal.

- Log in to your dashboard as usual.
- Click the “Add New Ticket” button

- You will be directed to our new support portal.
|

- Browse our expanding Knowledgebase for quick answers.
|
|
|
- Click on “Tickets” to access your ticket area.
|
|
|
- To submit a new inquiry, click “Add Ticket” at the top right
|
