We’re upgrading our support ticket system to Zoho Desk, launching this Friday 2 May 2025, to offer you faster, more secure, and more convenient service.
We know change can take adjustment, but this upgrade brings major benefits:
  • Reply directly from your email inbox — no more logging in to respond.
  • Stronger security to protect your information.
  • Faster support with better tracking and response management.
Please note:
  • The current ticket system will remain viewable until 9 May 2025.
  • Old tickets will not be transferred to the new system but will be archived for recording purposes.
  • Only open tickets will be re-created on the new ticket portal.
Next Steps:

From 9 May 2025:
  • Log in to your dashboard as usual.
  • Click the “Add New Ticket” button
  • You will be directed to our new support portal.
  • Browse our expanding Knowledgebase for quick answers.
  • Click on “Tickets” to access your ticket area.
  • To submit a new inquiry, click “Add Ticket” at the top right
A note on the transition:

As with any major upgrade, there may be a few unforeseen growing pains. We appreciate your patience as we all adjust to a superior technology and support process.
