Regrettably, we need to pause the credit service. The banks no longer support NCR funds.

I also acknowledge your recent frustrations with our credit service, due largely to the bank and their failure to process payments, resulting in backlogs and client dissatisfaction.

We've been working on alternative solutions – hopefully solved during April. For the time being, however,

  • New Clients - We cannot onboard new clients to Tuuurtle until further notice. Target is 30 days
  • Approved Clients - Those who have paid the R1050 fee, but not begun with their 1st SARS application, please bear with us (noting we can reimburse you at any time but once active again we will need to redo contracts).
  • Clients with applications in at SARS – These will continue to be processed as usual for this cycle
  • Active Clients with pins approved – These will be traded as per usual, however, at the moment, we cannot continue with your next application to SARS until issues are solved, please bare with us.
All is not lost, this a systematic setback, albeit out of our control. As is the pioneering nature of our business, our longstanding clients are familiar with these events, which we have consistently overcome.

In the interim, your appointed accountants can continue to make submissions with your own funds (please liaise directly with them).
